This form is an inquiry request to book the Chandos Chalet. Rental dates are not confirmed until rental fees are received and an email confirmation is provided. A deposit of $500 for summer bookings and $300 for spring and fall bookings is required at the time of booking/confirmation. Should there be a cancellation, the booking deposit is non refundable unless the cottage can be re-rented for the same period. The balance and a $500 damage/cleaning deposit is due three weeks in advance of arrival. The damage/cleaning deposit will be returned within 7 days after the rental period as long as there are no damages and the cottage was cleaned to the same condition as when the rental period began. Cottage check-in is at 6PM and checkout is at 11AM. Renters will be required to bring their own bed linens, pillowcases, and towels. There is no smoking inside the Chandos Chalet cottage. Information that I have provided on the Chandos Chalet Booking Request is accurate and I forfeit my deposit should it be false.
